Χριστίνα Χαλκιαδάκη

Christina Chalkiadaki was born in Heraklion, Crete. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB), a Marketing Certificate from the American College of Greece (Deree), and an MSc in International Business and Finance from the University of Reading.
She joined the family-owned supermarket business in 2002 and today leads Chalkiadakis S.A., alongside her father, Minas Chalkiadakis, and a strong team of partners. The company employs approximately 1,950 people and holds a leading market share in the supermarket sector in Crete. At the same time, she is actively involved in the development of the family business “Gefseis Kritis Chalkiadakis”, which operates Cretan delicatessen stores in Athens.
Christina serves as a Board Member of ECR Hellas and Plastika Kritis, is a member of the General Council and the Inclusion Committee of SEV (Hellenic Federation of Enterprises), a member of the Advisory Board of the University of Crete and the Management Department of Hellenic Mediterranean University (ELMEPA). She is also actively engaged in philanthropic organizations and mentoring initiatives.
